In this fully equipped dungeon for hire the downstairs accommodation of consists a fully equipped playroom complete with CD player and iPod docking station, a padded rubber cell (large enough to fit several people in) and a small kitchen.

Upstairs the bedroom is equipped with a purpose built wrought iron four-poster bondage bed with a cage underneath, a large bathroom with whirlpool spa bath with shower over. The bedroom also features a TV and Video player.

As part of the package for overnight stays the fridge is stocked with high quality:

• Full English breakfast
• Continental breakfast

Suite Two Rates (per person):

Example:
If a couple books one overnight stay the price is £300 (£150 per person)
If a couple books one daytime stay the price is £300 (£150 per person)
If a couple books one overnight and one daytime the price is £450
    ( i.e £150 per person for the overnight +£75.00 per person for the daytime)

We make concessions for small parties and longer stays - price on application.

Expert tuition in most aspects of BDSM play is available by prior arrangement, cost is dependent on the tuition required.
