Downstairs the accommodation consists of a large playroom, fully equipped with the highest quality dungeon equipment, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a wet room.

Upstairs, the playroom is furnished with electrically operated equipment, has a luxurious double shower and the galleried landing allows viewing over the downstairs playroom. The bedroom is more relaxing with en suite whirlpool spa bath, TV and Video player and French doors to a balcony overlooking the small private walled garden.

As part of the package for overnight stays the fridge is stocked with high quality:

Once you have been shown around you will have complete privacy and the full exclusive use of the suite you have booked. Of course there is always someone on-hand for advice or help.

Example:
If a couple books one overnight stay the price is £350 (£175 per person)
If a couple books one daytime stay the price is £350 (£175 per person)
If a couple books one overnight and one daytime the price is £525
    ( i.e £175 per person for the overnight +£87.50 per person for the daytime)

We make concessions for small parties and longer stays - price on application.

Expert tuition in most aspects of BDSM play is available by prior arrangement, cost is dependent on the tuition required.
