I'm not sure what is meant by 'needs and wants' for this forum, but I think it would be a great idea to have a sex questionnaire for couples visiting Ess & Emm. I believe Ess & Emm is primarily for couples after-all, I think a BDSM / Bondage / Fetish type of sex questionnaire would be a great pre-visit ice breaker. I'm sure many people who visit are fairly open in terms of their sexual communication, but you never know what else your partner wants or needs.
